Interval Training

I wanted to relate some information on a fitness training online by the name of Zuzzana. She can be found at

She has the most incredible training routines I have seen online and they are Free!

They are very challenging however, you are able to go at your own pace. The routines typically last about 12 minutes to 20 minutes and are interval in nature.

So, you will be active for 30 seconds then rest for 10 seconds based on sets of 4 for about 4 different exercises that utilize your body weight. If you go full on and challenge yourself, you will not be able to sleep at night you will be hurting so bad. BE CAREFULL and don't go beyond what you are capable of.

Best part of these routines is they don't take up more then the space of a yoga mat. How awesome is that?
